Our approach to health management and work-life balance
We strive to maintain and promote the health of our employees and foster a rewarding and comfortable workplace culture so that each and every one of them can thrive and reach their full potential.
Health management initiatives
The health of each employee is essential not only for the individual themselves, but also for the Company to continue to sustain its growth and remain the firm of choice for our clients. We have built a comprehensive support system to ensure that every employee can consistently perform at their best. In our annual health checkups, we tailor the necessary examination items to each employee age group and make arrangements to ensure that all employees can receive the examinations. We also provide mental health care for employees through stress checks and consultation with occupational physicians, supporting our employees to continue working in good mental and physical health.
Occupational health and safety initiatives
We have formed a Health and Safety Committee to improve working environments, ensuring that every employee can work safely and securely. Led by this committee, we provide in-house health and wellness guidance, along with information on preventing overwork, and managing mental health.
