Following our transition to a holding company structure, the Strike Group is expanding and deepening its business domains to include corporate valuation and financial consulting, alongside our core M&A brokerage services.
As these services require us to handle highly confidential information vital to our clients' corporate foundations, we recognize that the rigorous protection and management of these information assets is our most critical priority in maintaining the trust of our clients and society.
To drive enhanced governance under this new management structure and ensure the delivery of secure, seamless, and comprehensive consulting services, the Strike Group hereby establishes this Fundamental Information Security Policy.
1. Information security management system
We define the responsibilities, lines of authority, and procedures necessary to ensure information security within our internal regulations. Led by the Information Security Management Officer, we maintain a management system dedicated to continually improving information security measures.
2. Protection of information assets
To ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all our information assets, we conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures.
3. Compliance with laws and regulations
We operate our information security management system in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and contractual requirements.
4. Education and training
We educate all executives and employees about the importance of this policy and relevant internal rules and procedures, while continuously working to improve their information security literacy.
5. Response to information security incidents
We maintain systems and procedures to respond quickly and effectively to information security incidents or accidents. Should an incident or potential threat occur, we will act swiftly and appropriately to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.
6. Continuous improvement
To enhance our management system and security measures, we regularly evaluate and review this policy and related regulations, striving for continuous improvement in information security.
